Training

I undertook my professional training at Regent's University London. After a Foundation Course, I completed a two year Post Garduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, covering the three main schools of thought: humanstic, psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy.

I then completed a further two years of training in Existential Psychotherapy, immersing myself in philosophical thought and attaining an Advanced Diploma as well as UKCP registration.

I have worked as a psychotherapist in a number of different organisations, including Kingston Women's Centre and the Centre for Better Health in Hackney as well as private practice. I was a volunteer for the Samaritans, supporting people with distressing and suicidal feelings. I have worked with a wide range of people and experiences including: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, abuse, anger, a critical inner voice, low self esteem and poor body image.
